We're hiring!

LUMA-iD are looking for a sales representative to join our design team and expand our client base in the Medtech and IoT space focusing on the London marketplace. You must come from a design background but have a real flair for client relations and sales.

Proposed start date: ASAP
Starting Salary: TBC
Notice: 1 month
Contract period: 12 months

Commission Proposal*:

*Please note commissions are on new business obtained (incl. any repeat orders)

Primary tasks:

Project Size Project Size % Commissions
Small £0-£3,000 3% £90 Medium £3,000-£20,000 4% £105 - £800 Large £20,000 and up 5% £1,000

 

o Bringing new business to the company via;
o Visiting appropriate tradeshows & meetups
o Researching target businesses to approach
o Visiting target businesses and pitch solutions to their problems
o Leveraging previous LUMA clients for new work
o Log sales activities in our CMS system (very important to track commissions precisely too)
o Working with the management team to produce early presentation content to aid client visits to increase odds of securing new business
Secondarily tasks:
o Aiding with the development of marketing material from selling feedback
o Keeping clients updated with project status / meetings at relevant milestones
o Maintain an awareness of key players / companies / funds and what the competition is doing in the target sales sectors.Targets: double of sales orders within the next 12 months
